Steel Posts & Tubing
We can provide you with a range of different steel posts and tubing for your fencing or gate project. Auswest offer raw and coated steel including flat bar, tube and round solids to suit fencing, gates, furniture, patios, sheds and related items. We can offer you lengths, offcuts and sections according to your project needs.
Steel is the strongest material for most applications. It will last the longest and can be customised to suit most purposes and budgets. We also offer aluminium as an option. Auswest specialise in odd sizes, components, and cutting to suit.
Traditional wrought iron or what many of us refer to as wrought iron is in fact solid steel and we separate steel types into tube and wrought iron. Tube or tubular steel is what a typical pool fence is made of. Wrought iron is a solid steel design of usually mild steel bar, flat bar rails and decorative components. You would typically see this on a balcony. Both use different coatings and have different life spans.
At Auswest Fencing we supply, assemble and manufacture all of the above, so if you get stuck with material or trying to make your custom piece, please feel free to call us on 08 9258 6822 or submit a quote request online.
